Many recommended service intervals include brake pad inspection, and the maintenance schedule might also recommend when to replace the brakes. Take your Nissan to a Nissan-certified service center and the techs will know your vehicle well, and they can often calculate when your brake pads need replacing based on torque calculations, performance specs, and other diagnostics.
