Do I need an appointment for an oil change?
No. Oil and filter changes are part of Nissan Express Service, so you can stop in during service hours without an appointment. For repairs and longer jobs, schedule online and the service team will reach out to confirm your time.
What are the service department's hours?
Service is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and it's closed on Sunday. The parts department keeps the same Saturday hours and is open until 5:30 PM on weekdays.
Does Auffenberg Nissan use Genuine Nissan parts?
Yes. Brake pads and rotors are Nissan Genuine Parts, replacement batteries are Genuine Nissan batteries, and oil changes include a Genuine Nissan oil filter with an anti-drainback valve that helps reduce engine wear at start-up.
Can I bring in a Nissan I bought somewhere else?
Yes. The service department works on new and used Nissan vehicles, from regularly scheduled maintenance to major repairs, no matter where you bought yours.
