Nissan asks for tires of the same type, size, brand, construction and tread pattern on all four wheels of a Nissan Rogue, since a difference in circumference can make Vehicle Dynamic Control malfunction and may damage the transmission, transfer case and differential gears. Original-equipment tires are warranted by their maker rather than Nissan, and Nissan says its dealers can help you obtain that warranty service.

Rogue Tire Sizes and Inflation Pressures
V
Tire size on a 2026 or 2027 Nissan Rogue follows the grade, and the Rock Creek is the outlier: it keeps the base 17-inch size but swaps the all-season tire for an all-terrain one. On the 2027 model, the Rock Creek also carries a T165/90D17 temporary spare, while the S, SV, Dark Armor and Platinum come with a tire repair kit.
Cold pressures follow the tire. The owner's manual lists 36 psi front and 33 psi rear for the 235/65R17 all-season tire, and 33 psi front and 30 psi rear for the all-terrain, 18-inch and 19-inch tires. The Tire and Loading Information label on the driver's door frame is the final word, and NHTSA warns against inflating to the pressure printed on the tire itself.
- S: 235/65R17 all-season
- SV: 235/60R18 all-season
- Dark Armor and Platinum: 235/55R19 all-season
- Rock Creek: 235/65R17 all-terrain

Tire Rotation, Balancing and TPMS on the Rogue
V
Nissan recommends rotating the tires on a Nissan Rogue every 7,500 miles or 12 months, or every 3,750 miles or 6 months under severe use, and the spare stays out of the pattern. Rotation evens out wear and helps the set last until all four can be replaced together. If the steering wheel or seat vibrates at normal highway speeds, Nissan says the wheels may need balancing.
Every Rogue grade uses direct pressure sensors with individual position monitoring, plus Easy-Fill Tire Alert, which beeps the horn once a tire reaches its set pressure. After a rotation, Nissan says not to rely on Easy-Fill. Use a gauge until the sensors are reset and registered to their new positions, a step Nissan recommends leaving to a dealer.
- TPMS activates only above 16 mph and does not watch the spare
- Cold weather lowers tire pressure and can light the low-pressure warning
- Nissan suggests new TPMS sensors when tires are replaced for wear or age

Wheel Alignment for Your Nissan Rogue
V
The service team at Auffenberg Nissan performs wheel alignments. Nissan does not publish a mileage interval for aligning a Nissan Rogue; instead, the owner's manual says a vehicle that pulls to either side on a straight, level road, or tires that show uneven or abnormal wear, may need an alignment. Nissan adds that poor alignment increases tire wear and lowers fuel economy.
Nissan's tire guide sorts irregular wear into four causes: improper inflation, poor alignment, needed maintenance and road impact, so the tread pattern itself is a useful clue. On a newer Rogue, the New Vehicle Limited Warranty covers alignment and balancing that are not tied to a part replacement only during the first 12 months or 12,000 miles.
- Steering that drifts either way on a straight, level road
- Uneven or abnormal tread wear across the set
- Warranty alignment coverage ends at 12 months or 12,000 miles

Why Collinsville Rogue Owners Choose Auffenberg Nissan for Tires
Tire care on a Nissan Rogue involves more than swapping rubber. Pressures depend on the tire your grade wears, the pressure sensors need registering after a rotation, and uneven wear can point to alignment. The Auffenberg Nissan service team covers rotation, balancing, new tires and alignments.
If your Rogue is pulling, wearing its tires unevenly or simply due for rotation, the next step is to book a visit online and describe what you have noticed.
